The main focus of my research, teaching, and consulting work is to help groups of individuals work together to accomplish great things. Past studies suggests we don't work very well together, and I diagnosis why that is and then figure out how to fix it.

NDSU PKP Faculty Lectureship

Along with Drs. Joann Keyton and Scott Poole, I'm pleased to announce that group communication has a new handbook. Thanks to all authors who helped write the 36 chapters.
